The black shark might just be the most affordable gaming smartphone as it cuts cost in few departments resulting its low cost in china. But we will see about that once it launches everywhere but it could be a while before that happens.

Both the phones have a lot in common, with some differences in the chipset and camera department, but overall both look like impressive gaming devices.

The Black Shark 4 and Black Shark 4 Pro are built around a 6.67” E4 AMOLED screen sourced from Samsung. Its a 144Hz screen with 720Hz touch sampling rate – Black Shark expects the gaming to be so intensive, that they launched special “e-sports finger gloves” for the most dedicated gamers.
The Black Shark 4 is powered by Snapdragon 870, while its Pro variant opted for the true flagship platform i.e. Snapdragon’s 888 chipset. To handle the extra heat the Black Shark 4 Pro got a two-layer liquid cooling system.
This two-layer liquid cooling system not only helps with achiveing great performance during long gaming sessions but also helps in keeping temperature in check while charging As both phone comes with 120 Watt fast charging to charge its 4500 mAh battery, During a demo event Xiaomi showed that it can charge from 0 to 100% in just 14 minutes & 50 secs.
Another major difference between the Pro and the vanilla variant is that the true flagship comes with Xiaomi RAMDISK feature that uses RAM as disk storage, boosting the performance of a particular app.
The Black Shark 4 and 4 Pro both have three rear cameras, and they have two in common too – that’s an 8MP and 5MP sensor (though we don’t know what lens they’re paired with).
The Black Shark 4 also has a 48MP main camera, whereas the 4 Pro rocks that up to 64MP. We don’t know the selfie camera resolution on either phone.
These gaming devices come with pressure-sensitive shoulder keys that recognize both a light tap and a hard press, letting you do different things with each. There are also two mode switch keys, again on the right side, and the fingerprint scanner/home button is in the middle of all of them. There’s no room for the volume rocker, so it is on the left side.
