Asus is expected launch their Zenfone 8 series very soon, the Mini version of Zenfone 8 Series had earlier appeared on TUV certification and now it has appeared on Geekbench.

Earlier reports claim that the model number of Mini version of Zenfone 8 Series will be named ASUS_I006D.

The Asus Zenfone 8 Mini (ASUS_I006D) has appeared with Qualcomm’s latest flagship SOC i.e. Snapdragon 888. It scored 1123 and 3681 in single and multi-core test respectively which is quite impressive as it slightly higher other smartphones with Snapdragon 888.

Asus hasn’t revealed any of specifications for any of the smartphone under their Zenfone 8 Series but according to some rumours the Mini version will sport a 5.9–inch FHD+ AMOLED display supporting 120Hz refresh rate. As camera setup rumours suggest it will have 64MP Sony IMX686 lens and a new Sony IMX663 lens but for now it is unknown whether it will be dual camera setup or not.

All these leaks suggests that Asus’s Zenfone 8 series is quite close to its launch, so will have more details in coming days.
