From all the recent reports and rumours it looks like Xiaomi is preparing to launch a Gaming-Centric Smartphone — The Redmi K40. Now its confirmed that Redmi K40 gaming will be launched on 27th April 19:30 china time.

From the teaser its clear that its going to powered by Mediatek’s Dimensity 1200 SOC and its scored 724,495 in Antutu benchmark which is quite impressive as its is slightly higher than that of a Snapdragon 870.

According to some leaks Redmi K40 is going to 6.7–inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 120 or 144Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate. As for camera the only information that we have for now is that its going to come with 64MP Sony IMX686 Lens on its back and it will most likely come with android 11 based MIUI 12.5.
