The Samsung‘s Galaxy M40 was launched back in June 2019, it came with android 9 out of the box. It received its Android 10 update last year in march and now finally its receiving its Android 11 update.

The new update for Galaxy M40 is quite big around 2GB and version number is M405FDDU2CUC6. It comes with latest security patch of April 2021 and latest One UI 3.1 user interface and it come with all the bells and whistles that come with One UI 3.1 like newer Samsung Keyboard, one time permission, chat bubbles and redesigned UI.

This new update is currently rolling out in India and like any other OTA update it might take some time to reach your device.
