OnePlus revealed that their OnePlus Series 8 will switch to ColorOS some time in Q1 of 2022. This revelation comes from the Mr. Liu Fengshuo who is COO of OnePlus. He used Weibo to make the revelation.

Although he didn’t revealed whether this switch will only happen in chinese market or it will happen Global market too. But OnePlus in an prior statement had mentioned all their international variants will continue on OxygenOS.

But unfortunately only time will tell whether they stick to that or not.
