The Redmi Note 12 series was launched in India in January by Redmi, which comprised of three smartphones – Redmi Note 12 (5G), Redmi Note 12 Pro, and Redmi Note 12 Pro+. It has now been announced that the Redmi Note 12 4G will be introduced in India next, and it is set to make its debut in the Asian country on March 30.

On the official Indian website of the Chinese brand, the event page that has been set up reveals that the Redmi Note 12 will be powered by the Snapdragon 685 SoC and will feature a center punch hole for the selfie camera, along with a 120Hz Super AMOLED display.

A triple camera setup, led by a 50MP camera, will be featured on the back of the smartphone, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W charging will power the entire package. Additionally, the top of the smartphone will have a 3.5mm headphone jack and an IR blaster will also be present.

The Redmi Note 12 has been showcased in a “special colorway” with a glittery pattern on the rear cover, in a picture shared by a company official. This confirms the availability of two color options for the smartphone, although it remains unclear if additional color options will be offered.
