Xiaomi India made this announcement on Discord, of all places, covering the Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10 Pro, Redmi Note 10 Pro Max, Mi 11 Ultra, and Poco X3 Pro.

If you have purchased any of these devices in India in the last two years and are currently experiencing a some issue with it, Xiaomi should take care of it under warranty. This small and specific extension leads us to believe that company has identified potential issues with these phones and specific parts and is making efforts to address the situation. As of writing this article, the new conditions do not appear on warranty info pages. We hope Xiaomi India will not restrict this potentially important announcement to Discord only.
