Samsung is preparing the second One UI 6 beta update. Reports from China suggest that the update might be delayed for a couple of days. While some markets are waiting for the update, India has already received the first taste of One UI 6 beta running on top of Android 14.

Screenshots posted on X reveal that Samsung has opened registrations for users with Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra devices. The update is about 3 GB in size and comes with the latest security patch.

One UI 6 beta and Android 14 officially bring a fresh new design as well as enhancements to personalization, productivity, and security. The beta update is currently available in India, China, and the United Kingdom. Germany, South Korea, and the United States should be getting the beta 2 update soon.

Some users are reporting issues with the beta update, such as the Color Palette not working reliably, the home screen removing apps and their shortcuts, and battery life not being optimized. Anyone who wants to try the beta update should be prepared for some power issues until the user interface gets to its final stage.
