According to leaks, the Razr 60 Ultra will pack a proper flagship chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Elite, while the Razr 60 will reportedly feature the Dimensity 7400X. Both models are rumored to include a 4,500 mAh battery and up to 18GB of RAM. Storage-wise, the Razr 60 may offer up to 1TB, while the Ultra could go all the way up to 2TB.

As with previous versions, the Razr 60 will sport a smaller cover display compared to the Ultra. The Razr 60 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.96-inch inner folding screen and a 4-inch cover screen. It will also boast a triple-camera setup with three 50 MP sensors, including a selfie camera embedded in the punch hole of the folding screen.
